It’s post-TravCon, and we’re looking back on some pretty awesome memories! To everyone who joined us, it was our first year at TravCon, and you made it so worth it. Meeting so many travelers, getting to know you, and hearing your stories was a highlight for our team. That energy was something!
And now, let’s talk about Booth #519. We loved the oohs and ahhs as travelers stopped by to snap photos, play our match game, and pick up some fabulous swag.
We’ll let the photos tell the story of how much fun we had. Thank you for giving us the chance to connect with you. It meant a lot.
Many of you asked why we chose the theme. Oh yes, there was a reason—and it went much deeper than the game and giveaways.

Why we chose “Meet your perfect job match”
An assignment becomes a significant part of your life. It determines where you spend your days, the people you work beside, and often where you’ll call home for the next few months. We believe finding that assignment deserves personal attention.
At White Glove Placement, our recruiters take the time to understand what you’re looking for. What’s a dealbreaker? What would be a game changer? Is it location, pay, benefits, a lower cost of living, or the chance to travel with your partner? A friendly floor? Patient ratios you feel comfortable with?
Those preferences matter. We’re here to understand them, advocate for you, and help you find an assignment that fits your experience and your life.
As Esther M., Recruitment Director at White Glove Placement, puts it:
“A traveler is not just a résumé, and a facility is not just an opening. Getting someone submitted is a step in the process; finding the right match is what we’re here for. Clinicians deserve support and someone who will advocate for their preferences. Our goal is to help them reach theirs.”
That was the thinking behind our booth. We brought the hearts, the fun, and the prizes to Las Vegas to share a message we take seriously: your priorities belong at the center of your job search.

Being submitted is not the same as being matched
When you’re considering an assignment, having someone who listens and understands what matters to you makes a difference. The questions are personal and practical: Does this role fit my experience? Does the schedule work for my life? What is the unit actually like? Am I comfortable with its pace? What does the facility expect? And who can help me understand the next step?
Our recruiters make those questions part of the conversation.
An available position may meet your pay expectations but miss other priorities that matter just as much. Those details should be understood before a submission, not discovered after an assignment begins. Getting to know both you and the facility helps us work toward a match that makes sense for everyone.
It was so nice meeting you—and hearing what you had to say

We came to TravCon to listen, too. Connecting with travelers and hearing what matters to you was one of the best parts, and we came home with plenty to think about.
It was interesting to hear how many priorities you shared, and just as meaningful to hear where your answers differed. Most of all, we wanted to hear your thoughts on finding the right assignment and the recruiter relationship behind it.
Thank you to everyone who gave us their time and answered our questions so openly. We’ll share more from those conversations in our traveler interview blog. Your perspective is worth hearing.
