Referral Program
Eligibility for Referral Bonuses
- Referrers do not need to be employed by White Glove to qualify for a referral bonus.
- The referred professional must begin their assignment within 4 months of the referral date.
- The referred professional must not have been employed by, or in communication with, any White Glove brand within the last 90 days prior to the referral date.
- Required hours or shifts must be completed within three months of the start date for Nurses and Allied Professionals, and within six months of the start date for Locum Tenens.
- All referrals must be validated by White Glove before assignment confirmation for the referrer to qualify for a bonus.
Referral Rewards
Uber Eats Gift Card
- Refer a friend to White Glove. Once we receive their resume and confirm they are interested in joining, both you and your friend will receive an Uber Eats gift card to celebrate success.
$2,000 Bonus
- Refer a Locum Tenens candidate for a temporary or permanent assignment.
- Earn a $500 bonus after the referred professional completes the first 200 hours of their assignment.
- An additional $1500 is paid after completing 395 hours.
$1,000 Bonus
- Refer a Travel Nurse, Therapist, or Allied Health Professional for a travel or permanent assignment.
- Earn a $250 bonus after the referred professional completes the first 200 hours of their assignment.
- An additional $750 is paid after completing 395 hours.
$250 Bonus
- Recommend an RN or Allied Health Professional for a local contract, or an LPN for a travel assignment.
- A full bonus of $250 is processed if the referred professional completes 395 hours or more on the assignment.
- A partial bonus of $150 is processed if they work more than 250 hours but less than 395 hours.
$100 Bonus
- Recommend a per diem RN, LPN, ORT, or Allied Paraprofessional.
- Bonuses are processed after the referred professional completes 10 shifts.
$50 Bonus
- Recommend a PCA, PCT, CNA, or non-clinical professional.
- Bonuses are processed after the referred professional completes 10 shifts.
