Marking a fun team day at Forte Green Park

Sounds like a storybook? Not!!

Our team gathered for a much-anticipated employee picnic at the beautiful Fort Greene Park this September. And…

It. Was. Surreal, every sense of the word!

As employees arrived, the atmosphere buzzed with excitement. Friends and families came along, setting up blankets and making themselves comfortable on the lush green grass. The weather played its part perfectly; the sunny backdrop made our outdoor celebration even more delightful.

We kicked off the day with a few engaging games and activities that encouraged everyone to let loose and enjoy this well-deserved break!

One of the highlights was our spirited tug-of-war competition. It was hilarious to see everyone join forces—from our C – employees to our front desk staff—working together as a team. The competition was fierce, with each side pulling and shlepping with all their might until one team emerged victorious. How we giggled! We won’t swap our close-nit White Glove team for the world!

Next in line was the trivia contest! The suspense sparked a friendly competition among the teams. It was fun watching coworkers brainstorm and collaborate to spill out the right answers, revealing some hidden talents and trivia knowledge along the way.

And, of course, no picnic would be complete without an exciting raffle! We had an array of fabulous prizes up for grabs, and the anticipation as names were drawn added to the exuberant atmosphere. Clap, clap! Cheer cheer! Who will be next?

The laughter, the chatter, and the collective enjoyment transformed Fort Greene Park into a lively hub of friendship and community. As the day came to a close, it was clear that though the days would fade, memories, friendship, and a team like ours sure are the lasting sunshine in our lives!
